Congrats on the doctor's appointment (I put mine off, so that is not condescending but literally like - you did the thing, the thing I also find hard to do, and that rocks). Hopefully they can get to the bottom of it in a constructive way (because the weight thing is just *so* unhelpful).

The Imbolc rite sounds really lovely. It's Lughnasadh here and I didn't end up doing anything for it :/ though I'm still getting back into the habit of Sabbats (it was a miracle I did anything for Midsummer). But woot for the candle blessing, and I hear you on demonstrations. I think this year might be my first for that too.
